Pokemon Pinball is one of the first spin-off Pokemon titles and was a Pokemon take on the ancient past time of pinball. The game was introduced for the Game Boy Color.

Pokemon Pinball was released on the Game Boy Color in Japan on April 14th, 1999 and in North America on June 28th, 1999. The game was published by Nintendo, however it was developed by the "Jupiter Corporation". The game featured all 151 Pokemon from the previous Pokemon titles and featured 2 distinct tables, each with its own means of scoring points and capturing/evolving Pokemon. The game also included a rumble pack feature to provide realistic vibration that ran on a single 1.5v AAA battery. A sequel was released several years later under the title Pokemon Pinball: Ruby and Sapphire.
